A New Landmark
on Lahore's Skyline

Reem Heights is IACPL's signature high-rise development — conceived as a luxurious mixed-use landmark within Pakistan's evolving urban fabric. The project showcases the firm's commitment to integrating cutting-edge BIM workflows and forward-thinking sustainable design strategies into every layer of its architecture.

Rising above with striking architectural lines, Reem Heights delivers upscale amenities tailored for modern residents: thoughtfully landscaped communal terraces, an elegant double-height lobby, smart environmental systems, and a diverse palette of premium interior finishes. The development emphasises seamless connectivity between retail, leisure, and residential zones — crafting a sophisticated live-work-play environment unlike anything previously seen in the region.

Core Design
Principles

01
Creativity & Innovation
Every elevation, plan, and detail at Reem Heights is the result of rigorous creative exploration — pushing formal boundaries while remaining grounded in the realities of Lahore's climate and urban context.
02
Sustainability at Core
Smart passive strategies, energy-efficient glazing systems, and BIM-driven analysis ensure the building performs as well as it looks — reducing operational carbon across its lifetime.
03
Integrity in Execution
From concept through construction supervision, IACPL maintains rigorous quality standards — ensuring that the built outcome faithfully reflects the design intent at every scale.
04
Human-Centred Living
Communal terraces, landscaped courtyards, and a double-height lobby are designed to foster community and wellbeing — placing the resident experience at the heart of every spatial decision.
05
Live-Work-Play Integration
Retail, leisure, and residential functions are woven together seamlessly, eliminating the friction of conventional single-use tower developments and creating genuine urban vitality at street level.

Head Project Architect
"Reem Heights is our declaration that luxury and sustainability are not opposites — they are inevitable partners."

Under the leadership of Ar. Dr. Mansoor Ahmed, Reem Heights was approached not merely as a building commission, but as an opportunity to set a new benchmark for high-rise design in Pakistan. The team integrated BIM modelling from the earliest concept stages — enabling real-time performance analysis, clash detection, and precise coordination across disciplines.

The result is a development that honours IACPL's four founding values: creativity in its bold massing and refined detailing; sustainability through passive environmental strategies; integrity in the fidelity of its execution; and humanity in the richness of the communal spaces it creates for its residents.
